About

I am a Data Pipeline Developer with mySociety, working on their Democratic Commons project. You might be interested in my work profile page.

Before that I spent about 8½ years as a developer and pretend enterprise architect at the University of Oxford's IT Services (and the Computing Services before that).

Before working for the University, I studied for an MCompSci in Computer Science at Keble College.

Nowadays I seem to have become a cycle infrastructure campaigner. I'm nominally a Cyclox Champion. I also run In Collision With, a site that takes road traffic injury data, crowd-sources media reports, and attempts to provide context to both individual incidents and the statistics as a whole.

The picture is from January 2008. I probably don't look that youthful these days.
